Serena by the Sea was a contract project which Arredo3 took part in by supplying 80 kitchens, 251 bathrooms and 40 laundry rooms. Serena by the Sea is a luxury-holiday housing complex in Clearwater in the United States of America. It affords breathtaking views over the Gulf of Mexico and consists of 80 units between two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats as well as garden homes and lofts.
The aim was to develop chic spacious settings with resort-style amenities, ensuring that homeowners could enjoy total privacy away from prying eyes without having to be too far away from sources of entertainment. This project called for world-class solutions. The choice fell upon highly-efficient designs and materials for an environmentally-friendly approach and included security systems that work even during a power outage, as well as delivering exceptionally high standards of entertainment systems, janitorship, personnel and support in general.
As regards our part in the contract project, we met all kitchen-furnishing requirements by supplying three standard models all with a wood finish and in a variety of compositions: the Cloe kitchen - functional with a sleek design in Colorado melamine facing, the Kalì kitchen in dark walnut and Imperial walnut - with a modern versatile aesthetic - and the Asia kitchen with a contemporary look in oak veneered.
Suitable customised to fit the purpose, our furniture is so versatile that it proved to be an ideal solution for bathrooms and laundry rooms too.
