Design and practicality: all the advantages of an induction hob

Submitted by Arredo3 on 18 April 2018

More and more Italians are choosing an induction hob for their kitchen. This technology is based on electrically powered coils that generate a magnetic field that produce heat and then cook food.

Aside from the technical features, an induction hob is a valid aid for those who love to cook and undoubtedly offers a host of interesting advantages that make it stand out from a traditional hob.

The absence of naked flames reduces the risk of scalding. In addition, there is zero risk of gas leaks when using electricity.

Greater cleanliness
It is much more practical to clean because there are no deposits left if liquids are spilled, since the plate near the edge of the pots remains cold.

Fast cooking
The cooking time is much faster! For example, to boil 3 litres of water, it takes from 10 to 12 minutes using a traditional hob, whereas it takes only 5 or 6 minutes with an induction hob.

Low costs
The heat induced directly on the bottom of the pot is not dispersed, allowing faster cooking and therefore a saving not only in time but also on the bill.

Beauty and sophisticated design
Technological, minimalist and with a very trendy design. The ultra-modern induction hob blends in perfectly with contemporary kitchens.
