Energy and materials

Based on renewable energy sources, our production activities centre on recycled panels for eco-friendly kitchens. We always source new eco-friendly materials and, with our Gaia range, we offer our customers an assortment of elements made from eco-friendly, recycled or recyclable materials.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

“Reduce, reuse & recycle” is a pledge we honour by using sustainable materials. But that isn't all it has to offer. We have specific internal processes to protect the environment, prevent pollution and cut energy & resource consumption. Choices that led to ISO 14001:2015 Environment Certification.

Green energy for sustainable kitchens

There is general drive today towards environmental practices, but for people like us who produce in the same place that we live in, this has always been second nature. We have been opting for renewable sources to power our production activities for years now. Which is why there is a photovoltaic system fitted on our company roof that generates over 60% of our energy needs, the same amount of energy consumed by 826 houses in a year.

We use recycled panels

Our sustainable kitchens are made with recycled earth-conscious panels, which basically means that they consist of post-consumer wood. This method allows us to reclaim wood in circulation without having to fell trees.

Treedom

For kitchen furniture which is sustainable from all points of view, we have planted a forest. Buy an Arredo3 kitchen with a sustainable Gaia element and receive a tree. Decide which one you want and watch it grow on Treedom. The tons that the 1.600 trees planted together will absorb are 509,75 t.
