In our effort to guarantee an inclusive work environment without any form of discrimination within Arredo3, we have decided to also obtain the relevant certification pursuant to the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard. Therefore, starting from the guidelines on the gender equality management system, we structured and adopted a set of performance indicators (KPIs) to overcome any gender stereotypes, promote inclusion and gender equality, improve work conditions and guarantee equal opportunities for all staff members.
The ultimate goal is to ensure everyone enjoys a harmonious work life where they can tangibly feel integrated and encouraged to grow professionally, without any form of molestation, inappropriate behaviour or gender stereotype. To this aim, the company has defined plans for recruitment, career advancement and salaries that respect diversity and meritocratic criteria.
The entire process has repercussions on – and must take into account – the personal life of staff, for example through initiatives aimed at promoting parental leave for both parents until their children reach the age of twelve, and the possibility of working part-time until their children reach the age of three.
Therefore, as from 24 January, Arredo3 is officially certified for gender equality in accordance with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard.
