On 2 April we had the pleasure of hosting, at our head office, fourth-year high school students specialising in information technology. They came from the Industrial Technical Institute in Lancenigo (Treviso), named after the physicist Max Planck.
The meeting was very ordinary but laden with meaning: the aim was to create a tangible connection between schools and companies, by offering students a real experience of how the skills acquired during their studies can change into professional opportunities.
We explained to them how we work at Arredo3 and in what way information technology can be applied and valued within our company: for example, for developing graphic software, managing the ERP system, data analysis, business intelligence and designing digital portals and platforms. It was a journey into the heart of the innovation that guides our daily processes.
Their curious questions reminded us of the importance of connecting with the new generations: they open new perspectives and spur us to continue building an environment that fosters talent, ideas and the desire for personal growth.
This visit was only the first step. We look forward to continue engaging with youths also through other orientation initiatives and projects aimed at familiarising them with working life. The future is built together, step by step.
