Fuorisalone 2024: “LIFE IS ART – 40 Years of Kitchen Experience” with Arredo3

9 APRIL 2024

During Design Week 2024 from 16 to 21 April, we will be welcoming the general public to our Milan Store in via San Marco 1 (opposite via Solferino, 3) with an art-themed project. With the event “LIFE IS ART – 40 Years of Kitchen Experience”, we will be turning the Arredo3 showroom into an art gallery graced with work of one of the most acclaimed pop-art creators on the current international scene: Gianpiero D’Alessandro. The presenter of this showing will be the art critic Luca Cantore D’Amore.

We put our heads together and imagined an experience for which Arredo3's values, namely respect, beauty, industriousness and sustainability, breathe life into a concept which celebrates their uniqueness. The Campanian talent, who boasts a series of prestigious collaborations with other artists, jet-setters and international brands like Justin Bieber, Cristiano Ronaldo, Snoop Dogg, Nike, Dolce&Gabbana and Netflix, has imagined our kitchens as art fused with everyday life.

To mark the occasion, the Arredo3 Store in Via Solferino has been set up with a variety of compositions which bear witness to the high level of customisation afforded by our kitchens thanks to the option of combining elements coming from different models. On exhibition there is a mixed composition of Asia and Time with the Brera handle, the Tuttotondo equipped bridge and elements from the Arco collection, namely the rounded edges on the island, the oval snack counter and its support. Then, there is a Glass 2.0 composition with Kalì and Mover ribbed-glass back panels that slide open with a downwards movement, and there is another Glass 2.0 composition, but this time it is matched to Time. A Wega kitchen completed with bits borrowed from Kalì wraps the exhibition up. And, for Fuorisalone visitors who, as is their wont, are on the lookout for something beautiful and unusual, our showroom has some special surprises in store

Furthermore, during the Milan Design Week, we will be setting up several meetings for trade experts as well as an interesting workshop open to everyone with Sarah Balivo, an architect specialised in interior design, who will be sharing her knowledge to help you create your own personalised moodboard. What does that mean? Acquiring the basic notions of how to choose and match materials and colours for a kitchen project where all parts chime perfectly. Thanks to this valuable visual tool known as a moodboard, this extent of this harmony will be clear at a glance.

Due to be held on Thursday 18 April between 11 a.m. and 12.30 noon, this event is subject to availability and there are only a limited number of places. If you want to take part, sign up now!
